Mr Azam's superb handling of outdoor catering logistics, coupled with his kitchen organisation skills, make him a great operations manager and the perfect chef to take care of our corporate sector.

Pakistan born and trained, he has worked in both his home country and across Europe, where exclusive banqueting has proved his forte.

In the kitchen, we use his talents to take care of the tandoor and grills and the marination of raw ingredients. Out of the kitchen, he takes a seat in the office to help with the development of our Pakistani dishes.
