Our executive chef, Mr Sharma, leads the team here at Payal Catering, with his extensive career history and revolutionary approach to Indian cuisine.

Born and trained in Delhi, he's held executive chef positions at the best hotels in India, Singapore and Mongolia, and is a specialist in the field of outdoor catering.

Not only has the quality of his cuisine been acknowledged by leading figures Bill Clinton, Cherie Blair and Chander Shaker, but he also lays claim to scooping the prestigious titles of Curry Chef of the Year in Singapore in '98 and in Delhi in '82.

He's one of the best, and we highly recommend his signature dishes Chicken Lababda, Hyderabadi Biriyani and Mutton Chuttanut.
