He's been showing off his culinary expertise at some of India's top hotels for over 30 years, including the five-star deluxe Centaur Hotel and Le Meridien in Delhi.

Another feather in his cap is a stint at the revered Moti Mahal restaurant - a landmark in the Indian capital's dining scene, famed for its skill at cooking with the tandoor oven.
